Sedona Tea Party Meets August 10

 
The fledgling Sedona Tea Party will hold their next general meeting Tuesday, August 10 2010, in the Village of Oak Creek.  Scheduled guest speakers are Jim Deakin, Arizona Candidate for the US Senate (presently represented by US Senator John McCain, AZ-Republican) and Bradley Beauchamp, Candidate for US Representative Congressional District One (presently represented by US Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick, AZ-Democrat) will be in attendance.Since the first general meeting in June, The Tea Party has created its Mission Statement, Core Values, Goals and Objectives. These will be shared with the full membership at the meeting.If you believe in Free Enterprise, Limited Government, Fiscal Responsibility in Government, Adherence to the Constitution and a Strong National Defense you can become part of a grass roots movement to elect officials that share those values.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting.  Learn more about the Sedona Tea Party and two of the candidates running for office in the US Congress. The Sedona Tea Party began with six people in a coffee shop. Less than two months later, and with very little publicity, the first Sedona Tea Party general meeting was held with over 125 people in attendance.
