Sedona July 4 Celebration Vendors Wanted

Sedona AZ (March 31, 2015) – The City of Sedona Department of Parks and Recreation is sending a local business call out to procure food vendors for its Saturday, July 4, 2015, annual Fourth of July Laser Light Show and Concert to be held at Sedona Red Rock High School, west Sedona. This is the fourth year of the event.

Local restaurants and businesses will need to submit an application of interest for three food vendor openings. Submitting an application does not guarantee your right to serve food at this event. Applications will be reviewed by staff and selected by May 6, 2015. In order to offer the public a variety of choice, staff will not duplicate food product at its retail vending sites. Past event attendance ranged from 1,600 to 4,000 individuals. The allotted retail hours are 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on the day of event.

Chosen applicants will be provided early access to vending sites and must provide their own set ups; electricity is not provided. Vendors must be ready to sell food by 10:00 a.m.
