Quote of the Day: Hard Truths
Tom Ricks on President Obama: “The most important line in President Obama’s speech was, ‘The hard truth is we have not seen the end of American sacrifice in Iraq.’ But he should have explored that more, because I don’t think Americans understand how much longer we will be involved there. On the upside, at least he didn’t deliver this ‘mission accomplished’ speech on an aircraft...
Letter to Editor: Mayor misses the point!
Mayor Rob Adams misses the point on illegal immigration. Too bad tourism is down but if the town didn’t rely on illegal, undocumented workers hired by employers who aid and abet the breaking of U.S. law and encourage illegals to come, ruin our towns’ budgets with free health care, food stamps, school rooms, non payment of taxes etc. then maybe honest trades people would be able to run...

Sedona AZ (August 2, 2010) – The following is a letter to the SedonaEye.com editor from a Flagstaff, Arizona, resident:

Dear Mr. Acosta: I disagree
I disagree with Mr. Acosta.

Some complained, according to the Red Rock News, that the council did not have enough time to study the turnback and public input is needed to make a decision.

Hi Folks!
This past year has been rough for me. I went on unemployment, left Colorado, moved to Sedona, got a job and finally, quit the new job. I struggled with the new Sedona job for weeks, and finally decided that if I learned anything from working in Colorado, it was to follow my gut instinct.
For years I worked at a job in Colorado...
