I have accepted the position of Volunteer Coordinator.
Our goal for the next few weeks, is to find volunteers to help us at Studio Live. Would you like to be part of a great team building our exciting venue and organization? We are looking for ticket sales/concessions volunteer that will work the counter, takes the final count, records pertinent info, and takes care of all money issues. The ticket taker/greeter volunteer welcomes all patrons, checks tickets, directs them to their destination and answers their questions. The parking lot attendant volunteer makes sure that people park in parking spaces correctly, watches for creative parking, and directs people to off-site parking.
As things progress, we would like to have an usher in the performance room.
All volunteers get to watch the performance on the evening they have signed up to help out on.
Suzie Schomaker and I will meet with all volunteers to describe all positions in full and have a ” hands on ” session. We are here to support each other.

Of course, if someone would like to volunteer … step right up ! Speaking from experience – every time I have been at Studio Live as a volunteer I have enjoyed being there and have had a fun time. Dancing in the aisles and joyful singing are encouraged! You also have the opportunity to meet accomplished performers and some truly wonderful people.
