Sedona AZ (May 17, 2012) – The State of Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne today announced a court judgment against a Phoenix-based business opportunity fraud scheme and one of its operators, and the office has also entered into a settlement agreement with a second operator, effectively shutting down a telemarketing scam.
