The Long Overdue Collapse of the RINO

Sedona AZ (March 2, 2016) – The following is a letter to the SedonaEye.com editor:

Subject: Establishment Republicans

Editor;

republicanThe Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell made the statement that defines the “Establishment Theme of the 2016 Presidential Campaign” and he has no intention of working with anything that does not fit the “RINO Mantra” even if it rips the Republican Party to shreds.

When speaking of Donald Trump’s impressive political wins, McConnell said of Trump, “We (The Establishment) will drop him like a Hot Rock. To me that sounds almost identical to the arrogant “my way or the highway” statements in any of its many forms. (Very common in President Obama’s rhetoric.)

The ‘Establishment RepublicRats’ are in a position of having to start listening to people who are paying attention, instead of having everyone just follow the hierarchy, and these ‘RepublicRats’ are fighting to try to keep the status quo. RINOs have lost and continue to lose face in every way, even with the massive attempts to distort the “State Delegate Votes” and keep the informed public’s opinion hidden. [NOTE: A classic example is here in Arizona with the “CYA Mode” to keep the RINO Senior Senator John McCain when those, who pay attention to what he does and says when he is in Washington or Overseas (Where in my opinion he has acted like a TRAITOR). In Arizona, we have some (five or more) “Social Media Groups” with names like “End the Reign of John McCain” and various County active GOP Precinct Committee assemblies that have pointed out “Excessive fault” with McCain’s “In Arizona rhetoric” compared to his “Elsewhere Words and Actions”.]

U. S. Senate Chamber

U.S. Senate Chamber

The establishment can get away with its garbage because the field for a new Senator is so overloaded McCain will probably not have any solid competition in the Primary even though there are several candidates who would be far better in the Office. Our U.S. Senators should be consistent, not a wishy washy RINO like McCain.

The “Donald Trump Gotcha Questions” asked by the Super Tuesday News Media Pundits were almost predictable and I know they confuse a lot of people – the most glaring to me was in asking “The Donald” if he would disavow and tell the “NAZI David Duke” that he did not want his support or vote. Trump never asked for any endorsement or vote from David Duke or any other “Socialist” [NAZI=National Socialist Party] and, where or when can a Candidate for office actually control the way ANY citizen says or votes (except Obama’s ACORN). Then, Rubio and Cruz both jumped on board and tried to make hay out of Trump’s answers to the onslaught of ‘unanswerable questions’ which tried to brand him with the “White Supremacists.”

This reminded me of the old “Do You Still Beat Your Wife?” question, which any answer can be distorted and used against you. Is this what our so-called Democracy produces?

news news logoI, for one, am and have long been sick of the News Media and the Political Establishment trying to “Psychologically Control the Voting Public” by telling us what to think about the News and the people in the News instead of just reporting it.

But, I guess as long as the masses can be “Brainwashed through Pavlovian Conditioning” we will be stuck with a massive amount of voters who vote by Name Recognition or any way they are told, instead of them taking an interest, getting involved, studying and learning for themselves.

    This is a very interesting read, Mr. Dale Gohr. However, the attempt to brainwash the majority doesn’t begin and end with national politics. Even in little Sedona we have a City Council that will force us to accept among other things city-controlled garbage pick-up in order to exercise their opportunity to send “city limit” residents a monthly bill – and no amount of media hype is likely to change that. Manipulative, know-it-all beasts will have the last say in spite of majority opposition.

    The real reason for Trump’s success, of course, is because he is aware of the anger and distrust of the overwhelming population of the country. But the “establishment” simply refuses to acknowledge that fact and will continue with their pathetic quest to “educate the poor stupid fools” in order to justify their mindless selfish attempts at “doing what’s best for us.”

    The pity is in the disrespect and insult to our intelligence and presumed inability to make decisions for ourselves. If given a real choice, the ballot would include the option of checking “None of the above.”
