Sedona AZ – On February 3, 2019, at approximately 9:27 a.m., two Flagstaff Police Officers were leaving The Guidance Center in Flagstaff at 2187 North Vickey Street on an unrelated call when a man, Henry Harold Russell, 47, from Boise, Idaho, confronted the officers brandishing two knives.
