Sedona AZ (February 6, 2015) – As part of the Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa expansion, the new connector road Bennett Way (between Rodeo Road and Goodrow Lane) in west Sedona will open on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. At this time, Goodrow Lane will be closed to the south of the Arizona SR 89A intersection with Bennett Way to allow continued construction of the hotel expansion.
Local access via Goodrow Lane from SR 89A will continue to be available for residential and commercial property east and south of Sedona Rouge.
The Sedona Rouge expansion is a single-phase addition of 32 units to the existing hotel. The site address is 95 Goodrow Lane. As part of this project, the abandoned portion of Goodrow Lane will be converted into a parking lot for the new hotel units.

As part of the Sedona Rouge expansion, the new connector road Bennett Way (between Rodeo Road and Goodrow Lane) was anticipated to open this Wednesday, February 11.
However, because of unexpected delays in the City of Sedona officially receiving title to the land that the new roadway is on, the official opening of the roadway must be postponed for a short time.
