Sedona AZ – Looking for a little exercise, socialization and fun? Parks and Recreation Open Gym Volleyball and Basketball will be held every Tuesday evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for volleyball and basketball players starting on February 2, 2010.
Each evening, participants drop in, pay the $2 fee and organize teams. Open gym is held in the gymnasium at West Sedona School, 570 Posse Ground Road. Games focus on fun and athletics and the objective is not to be a competitive environment. Basketball players will be given half court to play on with volleyball being played on the other court side. Just show up, give it a chance and bring a friend with you.
