League of Women Voters of the Sedona-Verde Valley is sponsoring two candidate forums for the public in Clarkdale AZ. Due to pressing local, state and national issues, the public is encouraged to attend these free informational events.
State Legislative District 1 forum will be held on Thursday, July 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Building M in the Community Room on the Verde Campus, Yavapai College, 601 Black Hills Drive, Clarkdale.
Candidates for the two State Representative seats will be Andy Tobin (incumbent), Karen Fann, Noel Campbell and Lindsay Bell.
Congressional District 1 forum will be held on Tuesday, July 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Building M’s Community Room on the Verde Campus, Yavapai College, 601 Black Hills Drive, Clarkdale. All nine Republican candidates are invited to attend.
