Prescott AZ (April 16, 2013) – The Prescott Valley Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS 13-3825 The Community Notification of Sex Offenders Law. The sex offender in this publication is living in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, released from County Jail, or are accepted under an interstate compact. Offenders are categorized into three levels according to their risk to the community: Level one (1)-low risk; Level two (2)-intermediate risk; Level three (3)-high risk.

IN 2005 IN YAVAPAI COUNTY, ROY BRUCE CLAYTON WAS CONVICTED OF SEXUAL CONDUCT WITH A MINOR AND INDECENT EXPOSURE WHICH INVOLVED MULTIPLE FEMALE VICTIMS KNOWN TO HIM. Clayton is 24 years-old and at the time of this notification is 5’10”, and weighs 180 lbs, with blue eyes and brown hair. Clayton has notified YCSO that he is living at 8030 East Donna Road, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314.

This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed community is a safer community.     You don’t mention that the photo was him as a minor that the fences happen when he was a minor. Also does not mention why it’s not updated and in 2013 I know for a fact that he is no longer a registered sex offender has his record cleared but you guys refuse over the years with him pleading to have it taken down cuz this is the only site left showing you guys refuse even though we contacted the sheriff’s police and because all they can say is because it’s Google that’s almost near to impossible to remove sites like this and there’s nothing they can do unless we have money to help apparently so for one the photo that you have online of him is illegal he’s not even 18 in that photo and for two all you have them listed as in 2013 he’s a great father and a great man trying to get a job is hard due to this website he has to keep showing court papers that he is no longer one
