Sedona AZ (March 26, 2014) –The Presiding Disciplinary Judge of the Arizona Supreme Court issued an order placing Devin Andrich on interim suspension. The State Bar of Arizona alleges that Andrich misappropriated client funds in multiple cases. He has refused to account for approximately $135,000 in client funds, which were to be held in trust.
In an effort to prevent immediate and substantial harm to his clients and the public, Andrich was placed on an interim suspension while the Bar initiates formal disciplinary proceedings. Andrich was allowed to conclude his representation of two clients’ cases with certain limitations.
Andrich was also ordered to notify current clients of his interim suspension. In addition, he is barred from accepting any new cases and prohibited from distributing or transferring funds from any trust or operating accounts without prior written consent from the State Bar of Arizona or by order of the Presiding Disciplinary Judge.
Andrich’s interim suspension was effective March 24, 2014.
