Outdoor Exercise Program Begins New Years Day

Sedona AZ (December 12, 2012) – The City of Sedona Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Recreational Fitness Class for adults under the training expertise of local fitness trainer and nutrition coach, James Fisher. This great opportunity to train with a professional will begin January 1, 2013 so mark your calendars.

The classes will be held twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons beginning at 4:15 PM when participants gather at the Posse Grounds Park Recreation Room, 525 Posse Ground Road, west Sedona. Classes will be held outside when weather permits. 

The class is designed to improve flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, strength and balance, and is designed to be challenging and fun. Equipment used will include TRX Suspension Trainers, TRX Rip Trainers, agility ladders, medicine balls and Slastix Pro resistance bands. 

Class space is limited so early registration is suggested. The six week course is only $120.00 per person. Register by contacting the City of Sedona Parks and Recreation office at 928-282-7098.
