City of Sedona Drainage Projects Bid Solicitation

Sedona AZ (October 4, 2013) – The following is a request for bids from the City of Sedona Arizona until October 18, 2013. Please note the mandatory pre-bid conference on October 10, 2013:

Sealed bids for the construction of the Soldier Wash Jersey Barrier Drainage Project will be received in the Office of the City Engineer/Public Works, located at 104 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona, until 2:00 p.m., local time October 18, 2013. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Public Works Department Conference Room. Bidders are invited, but not required, to be present at the bid opening.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference on October 10, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. in the Vultee Conference Room located at 106 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona.

Copies of the Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer/Public Works, 104 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona.

The required deposit per set of plans and specifications is $50.00 or you may click on the following links to download the contract documents. Downloaded documents may not be returned to the City of Sedona for any deposited refund.

If plan documents are downloaded, the City will not be responsible for providing up-to-date information through the website or other communication methods. Visit www.SedonaAZ.gov for contract documents and a plan set.
