All Civil and Uncivil Protests Matter

Sedona AZ (March 12, 2016) – The following is a letter to the SedonaEye.com editor:

Subject: Protesters
Ref: March 11, 2016 Chicago Protest

US House of Representatives

U.S. House of Representatives

The First Amendment verbatim: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievances.”

Now I want you to look at a comparison of civil and uncivil protests. In light of what is our base, which is the United States Constitution, if the meaning of the First Amendment is followed through, it is all about the “Federal government” and the right of the people to peaceably assemble and to PETITION THE GOVERNMENT. It is a far cry from any right to bring on gang violence and intimidation.

Let’s compare the differences in some “Political and Quasi-Political Protests”:

Tucson AZ Tea Party protest

Tucson AZ Tea Party protest

TEA-Party Protest—Some amazing things about the “Taxed Enough Already (TEA) Party” protests? That anywhere in the country the protests took place there was 1) No Violence, 2) No Public Property Damage, 3) No Private Property Damage, 4) No Littering and No Disrespect or Confrontations with Police, Firemen or Public Workers. President Obama and others called the TEA Party Protesters “Domestic Terrorists.”

Wisconsin Recall Protest — The Teachers Union backed the Recall of Governor Scott Walker and the teachers and others invaded the Wisconsin State Capitol complex in Madison. They trashed the place. It cost the State of Wisconsin more than 7.8 Million Dollars ($7,800,000.00) not including the damage to private real estate or personal property. This damage was done largely by the people who are the ‘Cream of the Crop’ so to speak – they are the people we have entrusted with the awesome honor and privilege of teaching our children. (To many parents they are considered as “State Paid Baby-Sitters.”)

occupy wall street

Occupy Wall Street protest, Oakland CA

Occupy Wall Street — The damage to public and personal property is just the beginning with the Occupy Wall Street crowd; the State and Local Governments bill for “Clean-up” is beyond belief and the filth and disregard for property was almost unimaginable – from the urinating and defecating on doorsteps and sidewalks to the trashing of automobiles. They should have been protesting in Washington, D.C.

Black Lives Matter — This group or mob or whatever one wants to call them have proved time and time again that they are not trying to get any semblance of Equality; they clearly want “Preferential Treatment” for the Negro Race; the attacks and vitriol against anyone that suggests or suggested “All Lives Matter” is almost legendary.

Black Lives MatterThe base of civility that we have justifiably learned to accept has been undercut by the belligerent and selfish groups which have caused serious and ultra-expensive damage – to not only property – but also to the moral fabric of the nation.

Almost all of the Media coverage and the Left-leaning politicians vilified the Tea Party and attempted to justify the actions of the destructive protest groups even though the Tea Party was protesting “Government Activities” as specifically referenced in the First Amendment and the others were mostly protesting “Individuals and Alleged Activities” which are not part of the First Amendment and they especially stretch any reference to the “peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government” part. The amount of and or if the violent protesters were Paid Shills is not known, however, in some cases, people were bused in from other cities, which makes it look like the plot of “An Anarchist.”

The Constitution of the United States and its Amendments decentralize and limit the power of the central government and solidifies individual and local rights and responsibilities; far too many people think the Federal Government should be all powerful when, in fact, that is what leads to Tyranny.

Disrupting a Political Speech Rally is not part of the First Amendment in any way.

The US has been preparing for some time to reach the goal of Marshall Law. They are just waiting for an uprising and the fema camps are now being staffed.
Do you really believe that theses problems that were solved in the 70’s has magically appeared or are they carefully cultivated?
The rest of the world is watching us and we are zoning out on alcohol, haze of drugs and radiation exposure as well as the chemicals being dumped from the air on a daily basis right here in Sedona.

What is the real answer? Most people that go to this site will not respond out of fear.

  2. Jeff Weaver says:

Here is what Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton are doing today:

Hillary Clinton is attending a fundraiser in Tennessee, a state that already voted, to collect checks from high-dollar donors who are bundling as much as $27,000.

Bernie Sanders is holding a town hall with voters in Arizona to talk about the issues that matter.

    What about tomorrow?

Hillary Clinton is attending a fundraiser in Virginia, another state that already voted, to collect more checks from high-dollar donors who are also bundling as much as $27,000.

Bernie Sanders is holding three rallies with voters, one in each of the states that vote or caucus on Tuesday — Idaho, Utah, and Arizona.

This is only possible because YOU are Bernie’s donors. No millionaires or billionaires to bundle money from their rich friends. Just you, .

That’s why we set a goal of raising $5 million by the end of the day today. So long as you’re with us, Bernie can keep talking to voters to build our political revolution.

Contribute a $3 to our campaign, and we can win every state that votes in the next month and win the Democratic nomination.

When we send these emails, it’s because only through donations from you is Bernie able to do the hard work necessary to talk to voters and win.

And when voters hear Bernie’s message in town halls and rallies, they come to his side — and stay there.

You are our advantage. You are the reason Bernie has done so well against the political establishment and its super PACs. And you are the way that Bernie can win.

Rush your $3 contribution to Bernie now and help us reach our goal of $5 million raised between Tuesday and midnight tonight.

    Thanks for standing with Bernie.

  4. Elesa Colter, NAU says:

According to the news thousands of Native Americans and others turned out for Bernie Sanders tonight in Flagstaff on the rez. He was the first ever presidential candidate to visit the Navajo nation. Nobody wants Hillary, the power mad old crone with no integrity & a hater of the foulest kind, beloved by women of the same ilk. If you vote for her, you deserve to have your vote mean nothing because you didn’t grow up & have a juvenile mindset. Even Bill will love casting his vote for someone else, don’t you want to be the mouse watching him in the voting booth??!!!!????!!! LMAO

HILLARY CLINTON’S WATERGATE TAPES, 30,000 ERASED GOVERNMENT EMAILS.

Hillary Clinton, a brilliant attorney, must have weighed the consequences heavily before deciding to erase over 30,000 high-level government communications (emails) stored improperly on her home computer in New York.
How eerily similar to Richard Nixon sitting in the oval office contemplating erasing the Watergate tapes. He ultimately decided he was above the law.
Hillary Clinton, like Richard Nixon, must have decided the communications (emails) were so irreparably damning to her political career (22 classified as top secret). She would rather face an FBI investigation (now ongoing) and numerous federal criminal charges then turn them over.
Did she delete these communications to protect her generous benefactors or hide details about Benghazi?
Former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova states the book ‘Clinton Cash’ is required reading for FBI agents now investigating Hillary Clinton.
The author is criticized by Hillary Clinton supporters for making statements of fact, but letting the reader draw the conclusions. Facts such as Senator Hillary Clinton had a private dinner with Sant Chatwal, a prominent Indian-American entrepreneur, in September 2008. Afterward, Hillary Clinton changed her mind on the the India – U.S. Nuclear deal. Sant Chatwal also arranged a $450,000 speaking fee for Bill Clinton.

But as this book will try to show, Bill’s speech making does not happen in a vacuum. It is part of a larger pattern of activity that has never before been exposed to public scrutiny.

During Hillary’s years of public service, the Clinton’s have conducted or facilitated hundreds of large transactions (either as private citizens or government officials) with foreign governments, corporations, and private financiers. Some of these transactions have put millions in their own pockets thanks to Bill’s lucrative lecture career. Others were part of U.S. foreign policy. Others put millions into their legacy project, the Clinton Foundation. As we will see, the sums involved are nothing short of staggering.
What’s more, many of these exchanges have taken place at a time when these outside interests had matters of importance sitting on Hillary’s desk, whether in the Senate office building or on the third floor of the State Department[Secretary of State carries out the President’s foreign policy].The issues seemingly connected to these large transfers are arresting in their sweep and seriousness.

The Russian’s acquisition of uranium assets; access to vital US nuclear technology; matters related to Middle East policy; the approval of controversial energy projects; the overseas allocation of billions in taxpayer funds; and US human rights policy to name a few [Several specific examples followed]. ~Peter Schweizer, N.Y. Times bestselling author

Or did Hillary Clinton delete the numerous emails when confronted with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from Joel Arends of Veterans for a Strong America? Mr. Arends is investigating the Benghazi tragedy in Libya. The group’s FOIA specifically requested any personal email accounts Secretary Clinton may have used.

Many blame Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the tragedy. They point to cables sent from Ambassador Stevens to his superiors in the summer of 2012 asking for more security. Those requests were not met. No one denies the the State Dept. team in Libya asked for extra security numerous times that year to no avail.

The New York Times reported that U.S. officials met with Libyan Militia on Sept. 9, 2012. The Libyans warned of “rising security threats against Americans,” and the Libyans told U.S. officials that it would be best to leave Benghazi as soon as possible.

Then, on the night of September 11, 2012, the U.S. mission in Benghazi was attacked by a large group of heavily armed terrorists. Over the ensuing 7 hours, Americans stationed at the mission and at the nearby CIA annex issued 3 urgent requests for military back-up, all of which were denied (presumably by Hillary Clinton, Head of the State Dept.) By the time the attack was over, four Americans were killed.

In the end, does it matter if Hillary Clinton was hiding her rich benefactors, her mishandling of Bengazi or both?

After watching House of Cards it seems to me the plot of the show was copied from the real life of the Clinton’s. Ending says it all “We ARE fear.”

My cousins got caught up in the 2 hour traffic jam in Fountain Hills — they were just trying to get to the store, but some latina with big boobs chained herself to her car and blocked traffic. This person is a paid Community Organizer (like Obama) and paid by Soros. The whole traffic jam was a set up by MoveOn.Org.

All those people participating in these stupid anti-Trump demonstrations are exactly like Hitler’s brownshirts — they disrupted speeches and gatherings and helped to get Hitler elected. What ever these idiots think they are doing, they are doing just the opposite. The country is becoming more polarized, tempers are flaring, and what they are doing is against the law but the police seem helpless to stop it.

A direct violation of federal law ” H.R. 347, ” signed into law by Obama in February 2012. It is a punishable federal crime to interfere and/or disrupt the political campaign of any person(s) running for public office in the United States of America. There is absolutely no one in the establishment mainstream media even mentioning this. I wonder why ?

Well I didn’t know. I asked around and nobody knew that he did this. Good for him. He forgot to tell his minions to enforce it. I’m sick and tired of the left shutting down any candidate they don’t like, I’m sick and tired of the left acting like punks and communist thugs, I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired because I’m sick and tired of listening to you over 60s talk about how bad it was growing up when all you had to fight for were legalized abortions and against glass ceilings and marrying other women and how tough it was to get the right to be a priest or bed a priest or play baseball instead of softball or get tenured with equal pay and retirement perks. SHUT UP. YOUR VOICES GRATE ON NEARLY EVERYBODY’S NERVES. TAKE MORE OF YOUR LITTLE WHITE PILLS BUT SHUT UP. AND STOP WRITING BOOKS NOBODY WANTS TO READ. I’M SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO BUY THEM AND TOSS THEM INTO THE TRASH.

Damn. That felt good. I’ll be back some day to say more.

What a sleaze bag woman and everybody who supports her has blood on their hands supporting drug kingpins and banks that stole the poor and middle class money and the people who died because they lost their life savings to those bankers. Your vote for Clinton, you vote for the 1%.

  9. Kam Levine says:

No Hillary. Feel the Bern and vote Bernie Sanders.

  10. 3RKW, Tolleson says:

Brett Favre’s wife, Deanna Favre, asserts that she is qualified to be the starting Quarterback because she had spent 16 years married to Brett while he played QB for the Packers – even though she has actually never played football at any level from grade school up, never ran the offense of any team, nor ever played the game.

During this period of time, she became familiar with the definition of a corner blitz, the nickel package, man-to-man coverage, so she is now completely comfortable with all the other terminology involving the Packers offense. A survey of Packers fans shows 50% of those polled supported the move.

Does this sound idiotic and unbelievable … or familiar to you? Hillary Clinton makes the same claims as to why she is qualified to be the President of the United States and 50% of Democrats polled agree.

She has never run a city, county, or state during her “career” as being Bill Clinton’s wife. When told Hillary Clinton has experience because she has 8 years in the White House, my immediate thought was, “So does the pastry chef and the person who picks up dog poop from the White House Lawn.”

When it comes to running the State Department, her biggest achievement was getting a US Ambassador and 3 other Americans killed, by pretending terrorism had been defeated…..Her words still echo…”what difference does it make?”

  11. Karen C. Rios, Cave Creek reader says:

I heard from several friends that a suicide bomber killed almost 75 people in Pakistan on Sunday in a beautiful park in Lahore, Pakistan. No more!!!!!! No more open door for these whack jobs!!!!!!! NO MORE beautiful men, women and children murdered why the rest of you find excuses for it. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES. THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION.

I’m not voting Democrat this year. First time in many years. My party doesn’t get it. No deaths here that isn’t on our party’s hands. And to my friends, family and neighbors who think that protesting by stopping traffic or shouting foul language or creating a scene is okay, I protest your behavior and your thought processes and I will do it in the right way, peacefully and with respect for our differences. We can hear each others opinions better when we do it the right way and not like ISIS animals.

  12. Yves Alain Tyre says:

The woman in this video had no problem responding to a Muslim woman’s question, and she handled it in a split second. This woman is a quick thinker and smart with a great memory for stats. This is worth a minute of your time.

  13. Chris, Sedona says:

Now I feel safe @Tyre – I took down my Rebel flag (which you can’t buy on ebay any more) and peeled the NRA sticker off the front door. I disconnected my home alarm system and quit the candy-ass Neighborhood Watch. I bought two Pakistani flags and put one at each corner of the front yard. Then I purchased the black flag of ISIS (which you CAN buy on ebay) and ran it up the flag pole Now, the local police, sheriff, FBI, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security, Secret Service and other agencies are all watching my house 24/7. I’ve NEVER felt safer and I’m saving $69.95 a month that ADT used to charge me. Plus, I bought burkas for my family when we shop or travel. Everyone moves out of the way and security can’t pat us down. Hot Damn — safe at last — is America great or what?
