Scene from Jerome Ghost Walk 2011

Sedona AZ (September 21, 2015) – This event will be the 12th Annual Ghost Walk proudly produced by the town of Jerome Historical Society. The nights of October 8 and 9 begin in Spook Hall and will continue along the back streets of town with scenes depicting events and characters from Jerome’s infamous past.

Come and see the sordid story of Sammie Dean and her tragic death in 1931. It’s a murder that has never been solved, even though there are three prominent suspects. (Could that be why she still haunts the house where she was strangled?)

Other scenes depicted throughout the Ghost Walk:

  • A mine shaft accident – circa 1911
  • The Jimenez Execution Murders – circa 1928
  • Belgian Jennie – circa 1905
  • Shootout in the Balkan Saloon – circa 1912

*Due to the nature of some of the depicted scenes, a PG-13 rating has been given to the Ghost Walk performance. Please note the show includes walking over uneven ground at night. Wear comfortable shoes.

The Ghost Walk Faces of the Past route is not handicap accessible.

Purchase tickets online at www.JeromeHistoricalSociety.com or call 928-634-1066 for additional information. Ticket prices are $15.00 for Friday and $20.00 on Saturday. Children 10 years old and under are free.
