Yavapai College Master Plan Forums

league of women voters lwvSedona AZ (February 27, 2014)The League of Women Voters Greater Verde Valley is hosting two forums on Yavapai College’s Master Plan and Capital Improvements. The forums will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at the Cottonwood Recreation Center and, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, at the Sedona Public LibraryBoth forum speakers will be Clint Ewell, Vice President, Finance and Administrative Services at Yavapai College, and, Herald Harrington, Yavapai College’s Board of Governor and Board Spokesperson member.

The League of Women Voters invites residents of the Verde Valley to come to one or both of the forums to hear facts about the 10-year Master Plan and ask questions. Both forums will be videotaped for Verde Valley TV Cable Channel 2 and Verde Valley TV You Tube. If you are unable to attend either meeting and have a question for the speakers, submit questions in writing to the League of Women Voters Greater Valley at lwvsvv@yahoo.com.

Yavapai College logoThe Cottonwood Recreation Center is located at 150 South 6th Street, Cottonwood, and the Sedona Public Library is located at 3250 White Bear Road, Sedona.

    Did you read Christopher Fox-Graham’s editorial in the RRN on Friday? He tore into the college president for how Yavapai College is stealing $122M in our tax revenue and giving it all to the Prescott side of the county.
