Sedona AZ (January 7, 2010) – Sharon Hooper, author of The Diaries of Avalon Rose and Corinne Casazza, author of Divided We Fall and Walk Like an Egyptian will present the interactive program “Writing from Your Heart”. Join Sharon and Corinne as they take you on a journey to write from your heart and learn to get out of your head, tap into the joyous energy of your heart and capture precious wisdom on the page.
Let them lead you in a meditation designed to expand heart energy, a recommended technique for use in a daily writing practice. This writing class will help you:
• Access the wisdom of your heart and get it on the page
• Clear limiting beliefs you have about writing
• Use the 4Cs of Intuition and know how they affect your writing
• Focus and have clarity in your writing
• Gather the information you need to know before you start writing your novel
• Create and adhere to a writing schedule.
As a free bonus, each class participant will receive an .mp3 recording of the meditation to keep inspired and “in the flow” of writing long after the class ends.
Sharon Hooper is a Professional Certified Coach with thirty years of award-winning business experience. Sharon challenges people to live their most authentic lives, and writing has been a major ingredient on her journey. As a women’s leader, motivational speaker and facilitator, Sharon leads retreats throughout the United States and Europe. She has been a columnist for United Press International’s religion and spirituality website, an “Ask the Coach” columnist, and the author of The Wisdom of Mary Magdalene guidance card deck. Her debut novel, The Diaries of Avalon Rose—First Blush is now available on the web.
Corinne Casazza earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing, Publishing and Literature from Emerson College, Boston. She spent fifteen years at a “Big Blue” company creating web content and marketing strategy for selling software online. Corinne’s novels Divided We Fall and Walk Like an Egyptian are now available. She is currently at work on a non-fiction book.
The Hooper and Casazza writing class will be held at the Sedona Creative Life Center, 333 Schnebly Hill Road, Sedona Arizona, on January 15, 2010 from 12:30 PM until 4 PM. Tuition is $38 per person. Contact the Creative Life Center to register.
