A party isn’t a party until you got Hollywood Jim and esteemed guests at your crib! I was the lucky host of Sedona’s very first “Red Party” this past weekend, a perfect time to kick off the holiday season in style. All the guests were asked to wear something red or face ridicule by none other than me and my camera, and all merrily complied. As you can see by the pictures, it was red, red, and more red!
I was joined by Anita Dalton from The Center For The New Age and her good pal, Larry. Anita brought some bomb spicy hummus dip, blue tortilla chips and toasted us all with lovely champagne. We were then joined by Dan O’Neal and Ray Flag from the newest club sensation “Rewired.” Dan can kick some butt on the drums and Ray can make guitar strings sing, but they brought a most excellent red wine that made my wine glass jolly.

Good friends, Bob and Linda Cline, joined the toast as Les D. Argoff from the Cat Black Band rang the bell to join us in a healthy happy wish for all as glasses were raised.
It’s not over yet baby. Ms. Hill, the Sedona Eye Publisher and her buddy Brent Maupin, were a blast in red santa hats and a high profile publisher such as Ms. C. Hill was none the less high footing it in red sling-back pumps. I noticed darling…I did! There’s always one who has to make the dramatic late appearance, and that honor goes to Keith Kavisic of Amitahba fame and his gal pal, Rachel.
Where would Hollywood be without his best friend in the whole world, Janette White, from Nutri-Health? Without you, my buddy Jan, I am nothing…truly!

Everyone had great things to share, as well as great friendship. Anita has a brand new creamy ride that is her holiday wish come true. Larry is awesome in his unconditional love of all! Dan and Ray from “Rewired” are burning some original tunes as we speak, and they will be the toast on New Year’s Eve playing Club Sultana in Williams, AZ. I’ve been asked to do the Club Sultana countdown into the New Year and am more honored than you can imagine. Ms. C. Hill has visions of a Sedona Eye New Year, Northern Arizona’s best newspaper and website by far! Brent Maupin’s handiwork is all over this town and beyond because he is the best civil engineer in this country! I know that because Hollywood only hangs with the best!
Keith Kavisic from Amitahba is looking to new horizons and continued endeavors with music for the soul. As for Bob and Linda Cline, it’s retirement well spent by continuing with their volunteer work in Sedona. My buddy Janette is having sugar plum dreams as we speak. Santa will be good….rest assured my friend.

As for me…..look out Europe….here I come in 2011. I am truly a blessed man to call all of these people my friends, and to share my home with them. It was a wonderful night.
Last but not least….everyone donned the merry red fabulously. Les even managed it with a t-shirt Janette loaned him least he be ridiculed. Note to Les……you can’t wear red wine unless it’s spilled on you…..lucky guy!
