Prescott AZ (June 29, 2012) – *UPDATE  Yavapai County Sheriff’s office spokesman, Dwight D’Evelyn, confirms the death of 27-year old Prescott man, Calvin Forrey, in the hospital on Sunday, July 1, 2012.
