Suspects Sought in Theft of Trailers

Hubbard Trailer Sales in Dewey AZ

Sedona AZ (January 30, 2015) – The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of four utility dump trailers, each valued over $7,000, taken from Hubbard Trailer Sales in Dewey, Arizona. The thefts occurred sometime between Friday afternoon after 3:00 p.m. on January 23, 2015, and Monday morning, January 26, 2015.

trailersThe thieves apparently pulled the tandem axle design (see illustration) trailers off the 12750 Century Lane lot.

The Hubbard sales lot fronts AZ Highway 69 and it is hoped that someone driving in the area may have seen the theft in progress. When stolen, the trailers were all painted black.

YCSO is urging anyone with information to please call 928-771-3260 or contact Yavapai Silent Witness at 800-932-3232. Those who contact Silent Witness directly are eligible for a cash reward if the tip leads to an arrest.
