Spring Valley Pharmacy Burglarized

Spring Valley AZ (June 10, 2012) – On the morning of July 9, 2012, Yavapai County Sheriff Office deputies responded to a burglary alarm call at the Spring Valley Pharmacy located in the 17300 block of Spring Valley Road, Spring Valley, Arizona.

Upon arrival, deputies met with the pharmacy owner who confirmed a burglary had occurred. It appeared the suspect(s) stole various prescription medications, including Oxycontin.

The investigation revealed that a male suspect forced entry into the business by cutting through roofing material and dropping into the pharmacy area to steal medications.

This occurred sometime during the early morning hours of July 9, 2012.

Detectives were called to the business to gather evidence and further information. A possible suspect was identified via employee statements and video surveillance. It was discovered the suspect had been in the store recently as a “customer” inquiring about specific medications. A still photo from this visit was provided.
