Sedona AZ (April 27, 2012) – Sedona non-profit organization Art For Kids is accepting applications for need-based scholarship assistance for Summer Art Camp 2012. The 2012 art camp is entitled Animals in Art and features fun art projects about zebras, lions, and more! There may be a field trip to Out of Africa in Camp Verde, Arizona where young artists can photograph animals for inspiration.

Scholarships are awarded on a first-come basis and are limited. The deadline to apply is May 7, 2012 and must include a 2011 tax return. Applications may be emailed to the address below or dropped off in a sealed envelope to the Sedona Art Supply store in west Sedona.

Art For Kids is grateful to the Sedona Arts Center for space and scholarship assistance, and to Heart Wisdom Conference, Sedona Giclee and Gallery, and Zaineys for financial support.
