Sedona Participating in Annual Cities and Towns Week

Sedona AZ (October 23, 2012) – At the October 23, 2012 City Council meeting, Mayor Rob Adams announced that the City of Sedona will join municipalities across the state of Arizona, and take part in the League of Arizona Cities and Towns 11th annual Cities and Towns Week from October 22-26, 2012.

The entire community of Sedona is encouraged to learn more this week about the services and programs that the City offers to improve the quality of life in our community.

“Our City employees works around the clock to provide vital services to make Sedona a safe and exceptional place to live, work and play,” said Mayor Adams. “Participating in Cities and Towns Week offers our community an important opportunity to join together with cities and towns across the state to highlight local government’s essential contribution to our citizen’s daily lives.”

Cities and Towns Week is set aside each year to provide citizens with important information about the services and programs provided by their city or town, and to recognize the employees that deliver them.
