Sedona AZ (January 25, 2015) – During the week of January 26, 2015, City of Sedona consultants will be placing white “plus sign” shaped panels on the ground throughout the City, and in areas around the City Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Up to thirty panels will provide ground control for the purpose of updating the City’s aerial survey. The aerial survey will be generated during a flight, which will occur after the panels are in place, and the panels will remain in place until the flight is complete. The survey flight is currently expected to occur by the end of February. This schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather.

The City will inspect to ensure the panels have been removed after the flight is complete.
