Dear Sedona Eye and its Readers,

I am sending this Guest Perspective that appeared in the Red Rock News on 6/15/11…for those Sedona Eye readers who don’t get the RRN, this may be very interesting in light of what is taking place and may be taking place within the Sedona Fire District.

(SedonaEye.com Editor: Thank you Red Rock News and Abe Koniarsky for this opportunity to share information within our diverse community. It is important that all viewpoints be heard on issues that unite and divide us.)

I just read Graham’s comment here and instantly broke into laughter. Why? Well, on October 19, 2011 the RRN ran a picture of My personal, self generated, Original, copy written Art Work in one of Their advertisements. I instantly went down to the office of the RRN that same day and spoke with Kyle Larson, Director of Advertising, and explained I had a copy write on the work and He had no right to print it. After a long conversation He said He understood. A Friend also went down to the RRN and also explained it to Kyle.

And Guess what!? The RRN ran the Art Work again on October 21, 2011. So that is why I’m laughing at Graham’s comment…. To bad, so sad Mr. Graham. The law states that to take action on such a thing, You must have ‘Clean Hands’.

Ty owns the rights. It’s a personal opinion like a Letter to the editor. Think I got an email that Ty or Wendy Tanzer sent before this was published saying same thing!! Don’t knuckle under to the bully.

  5. Mr. Graham,

As this is our earliest convenience in a busy office, we will remove the approximately three year old scan of old Sedona news also as a gesture of good will and neighborliness. We appreciate your personal vigilance in order to bring this to the public’s attention.

Have a great day and thank you for having the time to read the Sedona Eye so thoroughly, past and present.

  6. This is a good learning tool for Mr. Graham. Keep reading, see the value of what it means to print unbiased, unedited and uncontrolled content.

You have many years ahead of you to put it to good use in your paper.
    Best wishes.
