Sedona AZ (October 29, 2013) – The Prescott Valley Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS 13-3825, the Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law.
The sex offender in this publication has indicated that he will be living in Prescott Valley, Arizona. It is the responsibility of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer having jurisdiction where the sex offender resides to notify the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, accepted under an interstate compact or released from the county jail back into the community.
Offenders are categorized into three levels: Level One (low risk to the community), Level Two (intermediate risk to the community) and Level Three (high risk to the community).
Level Three sex offender, Logan David Church, has been convicted of a sex offense. Prescott Valley Police received notification that sex offender Church will be living at 8359 East Leigh Drive #10, Prescott Valley, AZ.
Church relocated from 217 West Leroux Street, Prescott, Arizona.
Church was born on December 2, 1968. He is registered as 6’2″ in height weighing 255 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
In 1988, Logan David Church was convicted of Sexual Assault in San Luis Obispo County, CA. Church had non-consensual sex with an adult female friend and spent one year in the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
Church is not wanted by the Prescott Valley Police Department at this time.
