OneAZ Credit Union Opens Sedona Location

Sedona AZ (September 1, 2016) – OneAZ Credit Union announced the appointment of two managers for its new Sedona business center branch, which is scheduled to open in late 2016. Charles “Chuck” Bates will be the new branch manager and Nathan Getz will serve as assistant branch manager. The new Sedona branch will be located at 20 Roadrunner Drive, which is directly in front of City Hall and at the intersection of State Hwy 89A and Roadrunner Drive, west Sedona.

Well versed in the financial services industry, Bates has more than 15 years of experience, holding the roles of branch manager, personal banker, business specialist and manager for several other financial institutions. Bates earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Management with a concentration in Business Management from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Getz brings more than six years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held the positions of licensed personal banker, assistant branch manager and branch manager. Getz attended Sullivan University in Lexington, Kentucky, and studied business marketing.

In their roles, Bates and Getz will oversee all branch level business operations, including general banking, small business loans and investment services. In addition, they will reach out to the Sedona business community to share how OneAZ can help organizations offer financial services benefits to their employees.

    Is this credit union in a new building or an older one? Nice to see a new business open. Karma Cafe closed very quickly and wondered if it took that building over?

    This is the New Nexis building….Russ Lyons Sotheby’s is sharing the other half.
    Sits on 89a in front of city hall.

    I walked by Karma few days ago, nothing going on there….Before that it was a burger joint.

    The location of this business is in the new complex owned by Mark Sterling, former member of the City Council and presently a member of the Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
