Sedona AZ (July 13, 2013) – The City of Sedona Parks and Recreation Department cordially invites all animal lovers and dog owners to support its Third Annual A Dog’s Day Out in the Park, a pet friendly event that takes place this Saturday, July 20, from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on the multi-use field at Posse Grounds Park.

The event is free for those interested in playing with their dogs on the beautiful grass field.

Let us help you pamper your pooch with fun doggy stations. There will be dog nail trimming, dog baths, dog brushing, and free dog licensing (with proof of rabies vaccination). There will be an “off leash” fenced-in area with a kiddie pool for dog pals to play in so bring a ball and have some fun with your dog!

Parks and Recreation will be handing out free doggie bandannas to the first 50 dogs through the gate. Enjoy the green grass and shade, pet friendly exhibitors, and buy donuts and coffee while you enjoy the park.

Posse Grounds Park is located at 525 Posse Ground Road, west Sedona.
