Nominate Sedona Recycles as Nonprofit Organization of the Year

Do you love Sedona Recycles? Please consider nominating us as Nonprofit Organization of the Year for the 2010 Spirit of Sedona awards. The winning organization will receive a $1,000 donation from the Sedona Community Foundation.

In 2010, Sedona Recycles has introduced recycling of clothing, shoes, and household items, started a magazine drop & swap, donated 300 recycling bins to area schools, and worked to link local businesses with other nonprofit organizations.

Just last month, we helped secure a consistent supply of opened shampoos and conditioners from L’Auberge de Sedona Resort to be donated to Old Town Mission for hygiene kits.

It’s these sort of community partnerships that define us and contribute to the character of Sedona and the Verde Valley.

Please pass this email along to other recyclers and help us continue to expand our community programs. Nominate us by August 31st!

Sincerely, Meghan Kincheloe Director of Community Development Sedona Recycles
