I’m doing my part. You do yours. Stop trying to fill this county up with low rent service oriented under educated people that can’t survive without government help. We’ll keep on our feet with what we have now because we work hard to make a living out of not much fancy, and this virus won’t wipe us out like other places. Learn to live with it and keep your jobs. We like it here and you’re to protect what we like or get unelected. Simple enough. Either you’re pro southwest or pro coasts. When we need Phoenix, we know where to find it a short trip south.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Lowe’s announced Tuesday that all of its stores and distribution centers in the United States and Canada will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 12, joining other retailers that are doing the same.

Lowe’s CEO Marvin Ellison said in a statement that he wants employees “to spend Easter Sunday with their families and loved ones and recharge.”
Lowe’s employs about 300,000 associates, the statement said.

“Our ability to support communities with essential goods and services during this pandemic is thanks to our outstanding, dedicated associates,” said Marvin Ellison, Lowe’s president and CEO.

“We will take steps to ensure that no hourly associate loses scheduled hours or has a reduction in pay as a result of closing on Sunday. I want to personally thank our 300,000 associates who have helped families stay safely at home. Their actions are nothing short of heroic.”

Lowe’s joins Trader Joe’s, Kroger and other major retailers giving employees the day off on Easter.

Kroger announced Monday that it will close early Easter Sunday to “provide its associates with more time to rest and be with their families.”

Sam’s Club, Costco and Target have typically closed on Easter Sunday and will also close this year.

Peter Navarro, who touched on the issue in a Thursday press briefing. “Never again should we rely on the rest of the world for our essential medicines and countermeasures,” he said. He continued, “One of the things that this crisis has taught us is that we are dangerously overdependent on a global supply chain for our medicines like penicillin, our medical supplies, masks, and our medical equipment like ventilators.”

The past administrations of Obama, Bush, Clinton robbed us of independence and we didn’t even whimper. We need to bring back all manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Those videos leaked by Chinese of workers smearing masks on their shoes and laughing are horrifying. Have you forgotten the Chinese plastic powder substituted for milk powder that killed babies and others? Have you forgotten about the contaminated dog food? Have you forgotten about the pharmaceuticals that were toxic? Stop forgetting.

The biggest U.S. mall owner, Simon Property Group, has furloughed about 30% of its workforce, CNBC has learned, as the company copes with all of its properties being temporarily shut because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The furloughs impact full- and part-time workers, at its Indianapolis headquarters and at its malls and outlet centers across the U.S., a person familiar with the situation told CNBC. The person asked to remain anonymous because the information has not been disclosed publicly. There were also layoffs. An exact number of those employees permanently let go could not immediately be determined.
CEO David Simon will, meantime, take a 100% cut in his salary for the duration of the pandemic, the person said. And upper-level managers at the real estate company are going to see a reduction of up to 30% in their salaries during this time.
As of Dec. 31, Simon had roughly 4,500 employees, of which 1,500 were part time, according to its latest annual filing. About 1,000 of those people worked from Simon’s Indianapolis headquarters, it said.

You can say half of those that had Corona died. If you test everyone then many are not serious cases. Funny how that works.

The health official leading Arizona’s new coronavirus response is urging primary care providers not to test most patients for COVID-19, saying the state’s “current reality” is that it doesn’t have enough supplies to meet testing demand.

In a set of new guidelines issued Wednesday, Health Department Director Dr. Cara Christ said providers “should consider removing this diagnostic ‘tool’ from their toolbox and managing patients with respiratory conditions as if they have COVID-19.”

That will be one way to skew the stats. We are also not doing virus contact tracing.
What is going on here?
