There is certainly a guy running for Legislature in California known as Joe Collins Jr who desires to supply a 25 increase in shell out for professors and correct our learning organization! Our educational facilities are stuffed, our school staff are overstressed, and our students are declining back. Mr. Collins Education and learning venture says it’s going to support to restore our schools, help to reduce class sizes, to enhance investment for special education packages and Not one of these other ridiculous politicians have ideas to aid our kids, we need to give this gentleman a opportunity! It’s final. Mueller says Trump didn’t do anything. Nobody thought he did but rabid the Dems who couldn’t let the loss of election responsibility fall on Hillary. She wasn’t worth a vote and got too many. She and Billy were narcissists and power hungry elitists that Barack Obama couldn’t even stomach and who thought the peons of America beneath them and could be bought. They proved themselves right. They came up a few bought votes short.

Segner "we can afford to run the city the correct way not the JJ cheap way." Not a resident Segner. WE me We me giveme giveme sedona city bed tax. :) Sounds like lodging is the cheap ones IMO (SedonaEye.com editor: We believe "cast of Klan" references the TV series.)

Steve Segner is lying about the money the City receives from visitors. According to the SEDONA COMMUNITY REPORT SPRING 2018: “FY 2017 city revenues generated by sales & bed taxes . . . . 57%, two-thirds of which is paid by visitors.” Two- thirds of 57% is 38%.

Not paying their fair share: the over 50% of visitors.

Judging from what goes on at Sedona City Hall it seems the entire council and staff work for/represent only one segment of the community which isn’t limited to Sedona City Limits. That being: the regional chamber of commerce. And that includes the city attorney – IMO of course. Therefore I’m in agreement with JJ. Free speech is about the only thing they can’t tax us for (so far).

PIckels is the City attorney, there is an Asst City Attorney and a Legal Assistant. I have no doubt they have a secretary also. They are so over staffed that even a government employee has to find something to do to look like they are working.

The City of Sedona is a massively overstaffed spending machine.

JJ you would be the first to complain if builders did not follow zoning rules. the city must enforce all zoning reg,’s or it can be sued by neighbors. yes give it a rest.. the city is not short on money thanks to visitors we can afford to run the city the correct way not the JJ cheap way.

Has Pickels lost his mind? The city of Sedona has been up and down the court ladder to get a judgment against Sun Silver West at the expense of the tax payers. Now the city has to file a lawsuit in order to enforce the judgement. Who is playing who. Why did not the city file the lawsuit in the fist place? The travesty is the taxpayers are paying for this fiasco. Pickels has clearly been played. IMO tIME TO GET A NEW CITY ATTORNEY.
