However, the attempt to brainwash the majority doesn’t begin and end with national politics. Even in little Sedona we have a City Council that will force us to accept among other things city-controlled garbage pick-up in order to exercise their opportunity to send “city limit” residents a monthly bill – and no amount of media hype is likely to change that. Manipulative, know-it-all beasts will have the last say in spite of majority opposition.

The real reason for Trump’s success, of course, is because he is aware of the anger and distrust of the overwhelming population of the country. But the “establishment” simply refuses to acknowledge that fact and will continue with their pathetic quest to “educate the poor stupid fools” in order to justify their mindless selfish attempts at “doing what’s best for us.”

The pity is in the disrespect and insult to our intelligence and presumed inability to make decisions for ourselves. If given a real choice, the ballot would include the option of checking “None of the above.”
