Sorry not posting sooner, under the weather.
Kids were real troopers, they hung out and swam the whole 24 hours. Didn’t hear how much they made but was told that most of the area businesses that kids contacted before the event did not contribute or return calls. On site donations were good according to my daughter on the team.
If some would like to donate, call the high school and leave a voicemail for Coach A.J. Bronson. 204-6700

Hi,

Thank you so much for “news as it happens” posting on your site and the networking. I tried to get back to you sooner but the Sedona pool’s wi-fi is filtered and had your site blocked. Home for a minute in VOC and headed back. I passed along your info below about photos, remains to be seen if anyone of the parent/chaperones will have any luck uploading any pics.
We will add comments as it progresses, not many sponsors as of yet. I, as a parent, appreciate you getting the community news out there. Outstanding.

Besides all the parents and coaches bringing in food, snacks, lots of towels and their time onsite, donations have started to come in.
The first to step up is the Sedona Verde Valley Firefighters Assn. with lots of pizza tonight. Keeping the kids going. New Frontiers gave a gift card, perhaps to be used for natural energy drinks!
If you know of contributions, please post. Come by the Sedona pool Sunday and support the kids, thank Coach A.J. Bronson and the rest of the coaches and parents. Donations to help the swim teams costs this season would be appreciated.
