I had a case at the Administrative law court that was rediculous, the appeal was well written . This jack as (deleted by editor) ruled against me UNBELIEVEABLE . it was such a kangaroo court, then to go to appeal and hope for justice and run into the POS , so disappointing. !!!

My name is Luciano Arriaga Jr. In 2002 I was railroaded by the dishonorable judge (deleted by editor).I was attacked by a corrupt phoenix police officer by the name of (deleted by editor). This so called peace officer attacked me for no reason in front of my friends custom car shop in downtown phoenix(MIRANDAS CUSTOM CARS),This corrupt cop slammed my head into the cement three times for no reason,and tried to choke me to death.judge (deleted by editor) hid from the jury the fact that (deleted by editor) had a recent D.U.I. charge(JUNE 15,2001), and was driving a police car with no licence.
