					<description><![CDATA[Although my memory is not what it used to be, I remember when the Shooting Range was located on Forest Service land beyond the end of Jordan Road in the Uptown area.  Shooting range improvements were not the responsibility of City taxpayers then.  I also recall birding the old WWTP ponds twice before they were nuked and replaced.  There was no shooting range at the treatment plant in the early 2000s, and the bird diversity was better.]]></description>
