COURTESY NOTICE: This Agenda includes an Executive Session (not open to the public) to be held at 4:00 PM. After conclusion of the Executive Session, the Board will immediately reconvene into Public Session for its Public Regular Business Meeting at approximately 4:45 PM, but which could be earlier or later depending on the length of discussion during Executive Session.
