The only “switchbacks” of which we are aware are in Oak Creek Canyon – closer to Flagstaff than Sedona. However and of course we can look forward(?) to the proposed “switchbacks” to extend Forest Road uptown in order to connect to westbound 89A. And that will be just a one-way accommodation. Can hardly wait for that one to happen. Another incorporated Sedona boondoggle? Ask City Council and their beloved C of C/Lodging Council. They have answers to everything even though most of their decisions are full of crap in our opinions. Need ONE example? Expansion of Tlaquepaque without consideration of foot traffic crossing a State Highway! “Nuf” said?
