Because of your past experience with the Sedona Police Dept. you are very informed with the area and procedures. Or maybe a better question would be, is that perhaps a reason you don’t want the job?:-)

The last time you were in our area was during the chase for the bear on Morgan Road which is one reason for my first question. (just kidding)
