Why didn’t you hire from one of your very qualified spca workers? I’m tired of the head hunting drama mentality. Even big multinationals ask employees to find friends of like kind to work for them & if you don’t know that & or know why they do that, you proved my point about being irrelevant with hiring trends. This isn’t the 1960s/1970s & humane society jobs don’t require college degrees & work experience is best. I know a lot of you HR people hiring out there are REALLY REALLY OLD but it’s a new day.
