However I find the degree of intelligence or lack thereof of the city staff to be subpar. What does staff get from APS that puts them in its pocket? Staff must have homes and families and personal health responsibilities? They negate those responsibilities for what short term benefit? Even if the science reflects a degree of exposure of 1% it’s 1% that is unnecessary. APS wouldn’t do a thing that didn’t promote its profit line and that alone is reason enough to say no we don’t need this because what we now have is perfectly fine. Greed? Should we presume that city staff is greedy and unintelligent and unable to do well the little they do for those of us paying their salaries? And the same for Council? I grow more and more ashamed of my votes.
