But this is the dumbest idea I’ve ever heard of. Not only do the tourist have a problem with the round-abouts (I’ve nearly been hit a dozen times), now they have something else to divert their attention. Most tourist are too busy looking for how to get into the post office or Hyatt entrance (confusion vortex) to watch the traffic.

Chalk this up to another dumb idea and terrible waste of art. If Sedona would like to display art, why not put it in the parking lot of Basha’s or next to the Theater’s or in front of the new Film Fest office?

Well put it on the board with the closure of Rachel’s Knoll, the Red Rock Pass, the closure of the Cultural Park, the “improvements” of hwy 179, the uptown remodel, and the stupid lights going up along 89A. Sedona always sells out to the highest bidder and is the only city in the state that is keeping ADOT workers busy with ridiculous projects.
