You chose a headline that was positive.

As a family with a firefighter and a policeman it is rare that news that applauds positive actions gets much media notice. We are subjected to reading about how awful our men are. It took 9/11 for people to give firemen and policemen the honor they deserved for daily selfless actions for an (usually) ungrateful nation.

Thank you for being better in a word that applauds being less.

We hope that the life that was saved shines a brighter light.

Congratulations to the Sedona Fire Dept for promoting this program as well as your skills. Don’t get discouraged by what this present Fire Board is doing to your morale, many of us are working hard to right what has gone wrong. All involved should feel good about the fine thing you did.
