Sedona Business Woman Arrested on Sexual Misconduct Charges

Cottonwood AZ (June 6, 2011)- Melonee Duval, 32, of Cottonwood Arizona is scheduled to appear in court today to face ten counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Intentional Harm to Another, and Disorderly Conduct in a case involving a male minor.

Duval is currently being held in the Camp Verde Detention Center, Camp Verde Arizona, on a total bond of $77,500 pending disposition for all charges including a probation violation charge.

Further updates will be posted as confirmed. Yavapai Sheriff’s office media spokesman, Dwight D’Evelyn, was unable to confirm today’s scheduled court date although he did verify that Duval is on the Camp Verde Detention Center’s transport list.

The Cottonwood Police Department arrested Duval, an employee of a Sedona business.

    In response to the SedonaEye.com request for an information update on June 30, 2011, the following information was provided by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office and confirmed with an involved party to the action:

    Melonee Duval remains in-custody – Next court date is July 5 2011 at Division Pro Tem B.
