Allow bikes to ride on sidewalks–nobody walks on desert sidewalks because its to damn hot!!!!

I see all these bikes inches from car mirrors and wider then wide sidewalks not used where they’d be safer.

In Michigan bikes used sidewalks and they had to yield right of way to walkers. Thats common sense. Fix this city council and big Park. Get kids off the roadways & up to safety. Adults too!!!!
