I just looked at the parade route. Talk about off the beaten path. The present route is a far cry from closing down 89A in West Sedona. I guess the next step is to have the parade on Posse Grounds Park, and charge admission. Dog and pony show anyone?

What’s your problem @Ms Murdoch fan? You can’t stand for overbearing city employees to be informed of true facts and history of Sedona?

Believe it or not we functioned very nicely w/o incorporation and the likes of arrogant know-it-all employees at city hall. Yes we had fabulous St. Pat’s Parades and W89 was actually closed for the event from Stutz Bearcat all the way to Soldier Pass Road.

And Posse Grounds then existed and provided a venue for many events including the Easter Bunny with Easter egg hunt and July 4th fireworks. What we need is for Parks & Wreck to disappear then Ms Murdoch and her fans can go back to wherever they came from and, hopefully, they’ll be more appreciated there. We don’t need them here.

Ms Murdoch, the Sedona St Patricks day parade traditional route was on HWY 89A, unless the only traditions you think matter are the ones you started as Parks and Rec Mgr.

I’ll be attending the parade in Lake Havasu, time for a new tradition. Sedona is so done.
