Can’t say that I agree with you there Sid. I have two fine upstanding policeman in our family and pot smokers aren’t of interest to them unless they are interfering with the public and their own safety and others. Paper work requirements are the biggest enemy of police on the beat but they and we the people know it is necessary to protect their and our civil rights. Sid it’s clear you are a pot smoker or supportive of pot smokers but not everything in the court system is bad. Obey the law and don’t try and circumvent it for your own selfish ends and you’ll be fine.

If these men had been smoking pot instead of alcohol, they’d all be smoking peacefully, passing the pipe around. Another alcohol induced violent attack.

Why was he not charged with being drunk in public also, which is illegal and contributed to the attack? Had marijuana been involved, you can bet that he would have been charged with it, as it is also illegal.

A paltry $2500 bond got the attacker out of jail???? A bail that low with this severe of an attack (over 245 stitches) is outrageously low. Had he had an ounce of pot on him, he would still be in jail!

this man probably would have murdered his brothers if not for the intervention of one or the other and then fate and he gets $2500 bond?? there is something very wrong with the judges in the Yavapai system!!
