This article dates back to August 30, 2012, so why does Michael Salman drag it out at this time (January 24, 2014)? Seems he would be smarter to keep sleeping dogs sleeping.

I find your article very inaccurate. While there are always indictments and always in excess, over 90% of the charges were dismissed. Plus all this misunderstanding was resolved. What I do not understand is why people fail to write about that. We feel the resolution was more than appropriate and everyone is happy. There was no stealing and any monies that was in our debt was paid. We have paid our debts and made things right.

The Federal Trade Commission says it is mailing refund checks to 13,000 Medicare beneficiaries who were overcharged for drugs by RxAmerica.

The FTC says its redress administrator began mailing the checks Tuesday. The checks are valid for 60 days from the date they were issued and they must be cashed within that time.

Inaccurate prices appeared before CVS bought RxAmerica and appear to have ended shortly after CVS bought the company.
