Maybe if there was more education in the schools and homes on the effects and consequences of littering we wouldn’t need so many folks to pick up the messes left by others.

Maybe it’s time to see what is being taught in our community schools on this topic. I’ve made requests from two of our local school superintendents on what is being taught and there has been no response.

I have been in touch with Diane Douglas – Arizona Superintendent of Schools and her office is exploring some options that have been discussed.
