If politicians would stay out of the contracting awards, ADOT would likely be better than now. Undocumented workers are chosen over black citizen workers. Rule of thumb needs to be citizens only and then green cards. Earnings need to stay here and not get sent to another economy to improve it. Improve ours. ADOT is public tax money at work and should be awarding jobs to citizens not the undocumented. I appreciate hearing other points of view.
